At Naayika, we value your satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Important Notes
- We do not offer cash refunds or monetary returns.
- Exchanges are provided only in case of damaged or defective products, subject to proper verification.
- Accepted within the same day of delivery, with video proof of unboxing.
- Personalized or customized sarees are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- No cancellations once the order is placed.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any orders.
Steps to Request an Exchange

Notify Us Within 24 Hours
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if your product is damaged or defective.
- Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for exchange.

Provide Proof of Damage
Share clear photos and a video showing:- The unboxing video clearly showing the damage or defect. This is mandatory proof for processing any exchange request.
- Photos highlighting the issue.
- Your order details (order ID, name, and contact number)
- Send this evidence to support@naayika.in
- The package as received (including outer packaging).

Wait for Approval
- Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days and confirm if your exchange is approved.

Ship the Product Back
- Once approved, you must ship the item back to us.
- Customers are responsible for both return and re-shipping costs.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Receive Your Replacement
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your replacement product within 7-10 business days.
- If the same product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of equal value.
Additional Notes
- International Orders: Shipping costs are non-refundable for international orders.
- Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
