Naayika Shipping Policy
At Naayika, we’re committed to delivering your sarees with love and care, just as they were made.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed.
Shipping Time
  • Domestic (India): Delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • International: Delivery within 15–20 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping Charges
  • Domestic Shipping (India): Charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs and Duties (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
At this time, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email or WhatsApp you a tracking number so you can follow your saree’s journey to you.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided while placing your order. Naayika is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping to Remote Areas
Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer than usual. In some cases, our courier partners may inform customers in advance if doorstep delivery is unavailable, and advise collection from the nearest courier center.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners usually attempt delivery up to two or three times. If delivery remains unsuccessful, your parcel may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take great care to ensure your sarees reach you safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not reach you, please contact us promptly at support@naayika.in   or via WhatsApp at +91 9037048009. so we can assist you.
